About RCCM Machine
Quality of caps produced on Rotary Hydraulic Compression Machine has received wide acceptance from customers
because of its quality and finish and has fetched a higher selling price than the ones produced using Injection
Moulding process. The consistency in quality, fast cycle time and low cost of production have given this technology
all the advantages.
The process involves continuous extrusion of plastic at the tip of the extruder from where the take up unit cutter
lifts the material and drops in the cavity of the mould and the Rotary movement of Mould wheel keep the production
process continuous and cyclic and the revolution of the wheel is the time taken for the cap to take shape, cool and
get ejected before starting the next cycle.

Why Choose RCCM Technology?
Higher Productivity : Continuous rotary compression delivers 30–40% more caps per hour compared to conventional moulding methods.
Energy Efficient :Operates without hot runners and at lower melt temperatures, significantly reducing energy consumption.
Superior Quality :Produces caps that are consistent in weight, thickness, and performance, ensuring leak-proof, user-friendly closures.
Lightweight & Sustainable :Enables thinner, lighter closures without compromising strength, reducing plastic use and material costs.
Flexibility :Quick mould changeovers make it ideal for diverse industries including beverages, edible oils, packaged water, pharma, and FMCG.

ABOUT MAGNUM
The group has had a footprint in the Plastic industry since 1983 when it had mainly to do with manufacturing of
flexible packaging. Later it moved on to rigid packaging, import of capital equipment and machinery manufacturing.
In the year 2001 the foray in the capital equipment industry took place with trading of imported machinery in the
India market and we have been serving our customer’s needs since then.
We have set our future goal to emerge as the preferred local source for Sales, Service and Spares of globally
offered Plastic machinery of the latest kind and at the most competitive prices.
